TERMS, CONDITIONS & LEGAL AGREEMENT

Nature of the Service

QB SOUND STUDIO provides custom digital creative services, including but not limited to personalized music composition, lyrics, production, and audio delivery.

All services are artistic, creative, and subjective in nature.
No physical products are delivered.

Scope of Service

The base service includes:

One (1) final mastered custom song
Duration and style as defined at the time of purchase
One (1) round of minor revisions only (typographical corrections, small wording adjustments, minimal timing tweaks)
Digital delivery (WAV and/or MP3)
Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days, starting after form submission and electronic signature

Additional Changes & Billable Variations

Any request beyond the approved creative direction is considered an additional billable service, including but not limited to:

New or modified storyline after approval
Addition or removal of people, names, or events
Major lyric rewrites
Genre, tempo, structure, or style changes
Vocal style or interpretation changes
Additional versions (instrumental, acoustic, radio edit, alternate mixes)
Rush or expedited delivery
Commercial, brand, advertising, or monetized use
All additional services require separate payment.

Production resumes only after payment is completed.

License & Intellectual Property

QB SOUND STUDIO retains full copyright and authorship of all musical works unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only, unless a Commercial License is purchased.
Any commercial, promotional, branded, monetized, or public use without a valid Commercial License is prohibited.

Use of AI-Assisted Tools

The client acknowledges that AI-assisted tools may be used as part of the creative and production process.
Such tools do not affect originality, authorship, or ownership of the final work.

Client Provided Material

The client represents and warrants that all information, names, stories, references, images, and materials provided:

Are accurate and truthful
Do not infringe upon third-party rights
Are submitted with proper authorization

QB SOUND STUDIO is not responsible for claims arising from client-provided content.

Subjective Nature of Creative Services

The client understands that creative services are inherently subjective.
Personal taste, emotional interpretation, or dissatisfaction with artistic style do not constitute a failure to deliver the service.

No Refunds

Due to the personalized and custom nature of the services:
*All sales are final*
No refunds, reversals, or chargebacks will be issued

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration or courts located within the United States.
The client expressly consents to such jurisdiction and venue.
